RESOLUTION 2018-81R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br /> REGARDING ASSET FORFEITURES WITHIN COMAL COUNTY FOR <br /> THE BENEFIT OF THE HAYS COUNTY NARCOTICS TASK FORCE; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO <br /> EXECUTE THE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached Interlocal Agreement (the "Agreement") between the City of San <br /> Marcos, as a member of the Hays County Narcotics Task Force, and the Criminal District <br /> Attorney of Comal County is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
