EXHIBIT "B" <br /> DESCRIPTION OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION <br /> The following information is referred to in Section 14 of this Ordinance. <br /> Annual Financial Statements and Operating Data <br /> The financial information and operating data with respect to the City to be provided annually <br /> in accordance with such Section are as specified(and included in the Appendix or under the headings <br /> of the Official Statement referred to)below: <br /> 1. The annual audited financial statements of the City of San Marcos, Texas or the unaudited <br /> financial statements of the City of San Marcos, Texas in the event audited financial statements are <br /> not completed within six months after the end of any Fiscal Year. <br /> 2.
