Moore <br /> Mayor Pro-Tern Ed Mihalkanin <br /> Council Members Jane Hughson <br /> Louis Doiron, Jr. <br /> Earl Moseley, Jr. <br /> Joe B. Cox, Jr. <br /> Rick Hernandez <br /> City Manager Larry Gilley <br /> Deputy City Manager Laura Huffman <br /> City Secretary Janis K. Womack <br /> City Attorney Mark Taylor <br /> Municipal Court Judge Ross Allegro <br /> Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> Mayor Moore introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government <br /> Code, Section 551.074, to discuss evaluation of public officers (City <br /> Manager, City Secretary, City Attorney, Municipal Court Judge). Mr. <br /> Doiron moved to adjourn into Executive Session at 6:05 p.m. and Ms. <br /> Hughson seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> Mr. Hernandez moved to reconvene at 8:53 p.m. and Mr. Moseley seconded the <br /> notion, which passed unanimously <br /> Mayor Moore introduced for consideration approval to set the salary of the <br /> City Manager for FY1999-2000. Mr. Hernandez moved to set the City <br /> Manager's salary at $100,207.42 (2% increase) and Mr. Doiron seconded the <br /> motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> Mayor Moore introduced for consideration approval to set the salary of the <br /> City Secretary for FY1999-2000. Mr. Hernandez moved to set the City <br /> Secretary's salary at $47,420.16 (6% increase) and Mr. Doiron seconded the <br /> motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> Mayor Moore introduced for consideration approval to set the salary of the <br /> City Attorney for FY1999-2000. Mr. Doiron moved to table this matter to a <br /> Special Meeting on November 22, 1999 at 6:00 p.m. and Mr. Moseley seconded <br /> the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> Mayor Moore introduced for consideration approval to set the salary of the <br /> Municipal Court Judge for FY1999-2000. Mr. Hernandez moved to set the <br /> Municipal Court Judge's salary at $55,218.80 (not including magistration - <br /> 2.5% increase) and Mr. Doiron seconded the motion, which passed <br /> unanimously. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 8:56 p.m. on motion made by Mr. Moseley and <br /> seconded by Mr. Doiron. <br /> '" Fs~ ~. ~ <br /> ~ Billy G.
