PROJECT.,.TB Wood's Incorporated Chapter 380 Agreement <br />The proposed and planned projects are consolidation of various Altra Industrial Motion owned manufacturing operations into the existing TB Wood's <br />San Marcos TX facility. Altra Industrial has publicly announced plans to restructure or close up to 6 facilities and consolidate the operations into <br />other existing facilities. Closure of the TBW Mt Pleasant facility has been publicly announced and work listed as sub-project #1 is moving or planned <br />to move to San Marcos.
