RESOLUTION NO. 2018-116R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS ADOPTING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) ACTION PLAN THAT PROVIDES FOR THE <br /> ALLOCATION OF CDBG FUNDS FOR PROGRAM YEAR 2018 IN THE <br /> AMOUNT OF $649,948.00; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR <br /> HIS DESIGNEE TO ACT AS THE OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE OF <br /> THE CITY IN MATTERS RELATED TO THE CDBG PROGRAM AND <br /> ACTION PLAN; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds <br /> for Program Year 2018,totaling $649,948.00, as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof for all purposes, is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to act as the official <br /> representative of the City in matters related to the CDBG Program and Action Plan. <br /> PART 3.
