RESOLUTION 2018-130R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH VEORIDE, INC. FOR THE <br /> PROVISION OF A DOCKLESS BIKE SHARE SYSTEM AS A PART OF A <br /> COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> AND TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY AT NO COST TO THE CITY; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE <br /> APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The contract with Veoride, Inc. for the provision of a dockless bike share <br /> system as a part of a collaborative partnership between the City of San Marcos and Texas State <br /> University at no cost to the City is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
