RESOLUTION 2018-137R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, APPROVING THE ANNUAL RENEWAL OF THE MICROSOFT <br /> ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT WITH SHI GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS, INC. <br /> THROUGH STATE DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION RESOURCES <br /> CONTRACT DIR-TSO-4092 FOR SOFTWARE LICENSES IN THE ESTIMATED <br /> AMOUNT OF $280,494.05; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS <br /> DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF <br /> THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART I. The annual renewal of the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement with Shi <br /> Government Solutions, Inc. through State Department of Information Resources contract DIR- <br /> TSO-4092 for software licenses in the estimated amount of$280,494.05 is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
