RESOLUTION 2018-146R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH MCCAMANT CONSULTING, LLC. <br /> FOR PERSONAL SERVICES CONCERNING WHOLESALE POWER AND <br /> UTILITY CONSULTING FOR AN AMOUNT ESTIMATED AT $71,500.00 <br /> ANNUALLY WITH MAXIMUM TERM OF FOUR YEARS; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE <br /> DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The contract McCamant Consulting, LLC. for personal services concerning <br /> wholesale power and utility consulting for an amount estimated at $71,500.00 annually with <br /> maximum term of four years is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
