RESOLUTION 2018-174R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN IDIQ MASTER CONTRACT FOR <br /> TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY AND AUSTIN TRAFFIC SIGNAL, INC. IN THE ESTIMATED <br /> ANNUAL AMOUNT OF $679,275 FOR A TOTAL POSSIBLE TERM OF 3 <br /> YEARS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO <br /> EXECUTE THIS CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The IDIQ Master Contract for traffic signal construction and maintenance <br /> between the city and Austin Traffic Signal, Inc. in the estimated annual amount of$679,275 for a <br /> total possible term of 3 years is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
