RESOLUTION 2018-168R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH SHI GOVERNMENT <br /> SOLUTIONS FOR AN ADOBE ENTERPRISE LICENSE AND <br /> MAINTENANCE\SUPPORT FOR A ONE-YEAR TERM IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $35,306.00; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO <br /> EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br /> AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The agreement with SHI Government Solutions for an Adobe Enterprise <br /> License and maintenance Asupport for a one-year term in the amount of$35,306.00 is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
