Texas, to - <br />wit. <br />Being a two (2) to -acts of land recorded in Volume 313, Page 463 and document # 134724 <br />of the Official Public Records of Caldwell County, Texas. <br />Easement hereby conveyed shall consist of. <br />The boundaries of the easement shall be a width of five feet in each direction <br />(perpendicular) firorn the center line of the completed electric utility flacilities, the <br />approximate location of which is indicated by a dashed line in Exhibit "A." <br />Together with the rilit of ingress arid egress over our adjacent lands to or froin <br />9 said right-of-way <br />for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, inspecting. patrolling' hanging new wire on, <br />maintaining and removing said lines and appurtenances; the right to relocate within the limits of <br />said right-of-way; the right to remove from said easernent all trees and parts thereof, or other <br />obstructions which endanger or may interfere with the efficiency of said lines or their <br />appurtenances. <br />TO HAVL AND TO HOLD :he above described easement and rights unto Pedernales Electric <br />Cooperative.
