Exhibit C <br />Seller's Records <br />To the extent that Seller has possession or control of the following items pertaining to the <br />Property, Seller will deliver or make the items or copies of them available to Buyer by the deadline <br />stated in paragraph A.7.: <br />Governmental <br />governmental licenses, certificates, permits, and approvals <br />notices of appraised value for the current year <br />records of any tax exemption, special usc, or other valuation or exemption applicable to <br />the Property <br />records of regulatory proceedings or violations (for example, condemnation, <br />environmental) <br />correspondence between Seller and the federal government or the government of the State <br />of Texas pertaining to FEMA mapping of the Property or alleged non-compliance of the <br />Property with applicable state or federal laws <br />Land <br />soil reports <br />environmental reports and other information regarding the environmental condition of the <br />Property <br />water rights <br />engineering reports <br />prior surveys <br />site plans <br />Facilities <br />as -built plans, specifications, and mechanical drawings for improvements <br />riianagement, employment, labor, service, equipment, supply, and maintenance agreements <br />engineering reports <br />environmental reports <br />current contracts between Seller and any third parties for, if any, pertaining to use, <br />occupancy, or repair, maintenance, construction or development of the Property <br />
