Mr. Hart moved for approval of the Ordinance on first reading and Mr. Hernandez seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Council removed Item 11.c.( 11), adoption of a Resolution, to be considered separately. Mr. Mihalkanin moved for approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held January 12, 1998, approval ofthe Ordinance on second reading and adoption of the remaining ten Resolutions, on consensus.
