RESOLUTION 2018-210R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE EXPENDITURE OF $8,000.00 <br /> FROM THE PERMANENT ART FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br /> PERMANENT DISPLAY ART FOR PLACEMENT ON CITY PROPERTY; <br /> AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The expenditure of approximately $8,000 from the Permanent Art Fund for <br /> the purchase and installation of a "Guardians of the San Marcos River" mosaic tile display as <br /> recommended by the Arts Commission is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to disburse the approved funds <br /> for the purchase of the permanent display art as detailed above in accordance with the City's <br /> purchasing policies and requirements. <br /> PART 3.
