DocuSign Envelope ID: 6D4EA194-5654-41 135-133E1-56054B3122E4 <br />EXHIBIT 1 <br />Scope of Services, <br />October 11, 2018 Fees, and Schedule <br />Chief Les Stephens <br />San Marcos Fire Department <br />City of San Marcos <br />Re: Professional Services <br />Fire Training Strategic Master Plan <br />Dear Chief Stephens: <br />I am pleased to present this Proposal to you for professional services for the <br />above referenced project. <br />The following represents my understanding of the scope of work and associated <br />fees requested to accomplish the Basic Services work. <br />We understand the Fire Department has a site of approximately 17 acres in size <br />acquired to build a future fire station and training center. <br />Abercrombie Planning+Design and its associates will conduct a Needs Analysis <br />for a new all hazards fire training campus for the San Marcos Fire Department. <br />Based on the results of the needs analysis Abercrombie Planning+Design and its <br />team will) work with you and the information generated from the Needs Analysis <br />Study to design a comprehensive 20 year Master Plan including siting for a <br />prototype fire station and several training structures to be determined upon <br />completion of the Study. <br />Scope of Work <br />Basic Services: <br />Master Plan <br />® Review and clarify program needs with user groups <br />
