Ms. Hughson moved <br />for adoption of the Budget Policy Statement and Mr. Cox seconded the motion. Mr. Hernandez <br />asked if the tourism funding was to be in-kind. Mayor Moore explained some was to be in-kind <br />and some was to be monetary, such as Summer in the Park. Ms. Hughson moved to amend the <br />Budget Policy Statement to read "San Marcos Horizons"; strike "desired ends" throughout the <br />document and to move Item III to be Item I and renumber accordingly and Mr. Hernandez <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The Council then voted unanimously for <br />adoption of the Budget Policy Statement. <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration reconsideration of two Zoning Ordinances. Mr. Taylor explained several Council Members completed an <br />Affidavit of Disclosure on Items 7.D. 161 and 7.D. 17 }, adoption of Resolutions, due to their <br />connection with Southwest Texas State University.
