GREENWAYS AND <br />TRAILS FACILITIES <br />Community priorities identified in the <br />Comprehensive Plan included providing <br />more trails and natural areas. <br />The 2010 Parks, Recreation & Open Space <br />Master Plan lays out a vision for the City's <br />recreational assets: "Create a unified parks <br />and recreation system that serves the <br />entire San Marcos community, supports <br />tourism efforts and remains a good <br />steward to the river and surrounding <br />environment."
