Ms. Hughson thanked the Staff for providing a substantial amount of information per Council's request, but since it was provided within the last thirty-six hours she has not had time to review it. Ms. Hughson moved to table second reading of the Ordinance to September 14, 1998 and third reading to September 28, 1998 and Mr. Doiron seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Mihalkanin, Hughson, Doiron, Moore, Moseley, Cox. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Hernandez. Mayor Moore introduced drawing of positions for appointments to the Convention and Visitors Bureau and Economic Development Council (appointments to be made at September 14, 1998 Council Meeting). The drawing was as follows: Greater Economic Development Council - one Council Member (Hughson), one Council Member (Doiron), one Council Member (Moore), one San Marcos resident (Cox), one San Marcos Hispanic Chamber (Moore), one San Marcos Area Board of Realtors (Hernandez), one San Marcos Industrial Foundation (Mihalkanin) and one Neighborhood Association (Moseley); Convention and Visitors Bureau - one Council Member (Hernandez), one Neighborhood Association (Hughson), one Heritage Association (Cox) and one Hospitality Association (Mihalkanin). The meeting adjourned at 6:51 p.m. on motion made by Mr. Hernandez and seconded by Ms. Hughson. , G.
