Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br /> Roland Saucedo,spoke on item 20 on the agenda. He is under the impression <br /> that is up to the stakeholders and committee would determine the boundaries. <br /> Mayor Hughson stated boundaries can change and believe it will be up to <br /> future stakeholders to change boundaries. However for the time Council wants <br /> the homes out of the process so there are no worries from homeowners. <br /> VII.
