SCHEDULEI As used herein, "Applicable Law" means the laws, rules, and regulations of the State of Texas and the United States of America and the rules and regulations adopted thereunder; for the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing shall not include any local or municipal laws, environmental laws or regulations, development laws or regulations, land ordinances, or water management laws or regulations. As used herein, "Governmental Approval" means any consent, approval, license, authorization or validation of, or filing, recording or registration with, any Governmental Authority of the State of Texas or any governmental authority or instrumentality of the United States of America pursuant to any Applicable Law. As used herein. "Governmental Authority" means the government of the State of Texas, and any agency, authority, statewide subdivision instrumentality, regulatory body, court, or other entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory, or administrative powers or functions of or pertaining to such government.
