"Assessed Property" means property on which Assessments have been levied as shown <br />on the Assessment Roll (as the same may be updated each year by an Annual Service Plan <br />Update) and which includes any and all Parcels within the District other than Non -Benefited <br />Property and the Elementary School Site, each as defined in the Service and Assessment Plan. <br />"Assessment Ordinance" means, collectively, the Initial Assessment Ordinance and the <br />Additional Assessment Ordinance. <br />"Assessment Revenues" means the revenues received by the City from the collection of <br />Assessments, including Prepayments, Annual Installments and Foreclosure Proceeds. <br />"Assessment Roll" means the document attached as Appendix E to the Service and <br />Assessment Plan, showing the total amount of the Assessments, as updated, modified, or <br />amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Service and Assessment Plan and <br />the PID Act. <br />"Assessments" means the assessments levied against Assessed Property in the PID, as <br />provided for in the applicable Assessment Ordinance and in the Service and Assessment Plan, <br />including the Initial Assessments, Additional Assessments, and any supplemental assessments or <br />reallocation of assessments levied in accordance with Sections 372.019 and 372.020 of the PID <br />Act. <br />"Attorney General" means the Attorney General of the State. <br />"Authorized Denomination" means $100,000 and any integral multiple of $5,000 in <br />excess thereof. The City prohibits any Bond to be issued in a denomination of less than $100,000 <br />and further prohibits the assignment of a CUSIP number to any Bond with a denomination of <br />less than $100,000, and, unless made pursuant to Section 4.5 herein, any attempt to accomplish <br />either of the foregoing shall be void and of no effect. <br />"Bond" means any of the Bonds. <br />"Bond Counsel" means McCall, Parkhurst & Horton L.L.P. or any other attorney or firm <br />of attorneys designated by the City that are nationally recognized for expertise in rendering <br />opinions as to the legality and tax-exempt status of securities issued by public entities. <br />"Bond Date" means the date designated as the initial date of the Bonds by Section 3.2(a) <br />of this Indenture. <br />"Bond Fund" means the Fund established pursuant to Section 6.1 and administered <br />pursuant to Section 6.4. <br />"Bond Ordinance" means Ordinance No. adopted by the City Council on <br />January 15, 2019 authorizing the issuance of the Bonds pursuant to this Indenture. <br />
