(v) Redemption Fund; (vi) Rebate Fund; (vii) Administrative Fund; (viii) Reimbursement Fund; and (ix) Developer Property Tax Reserve Fund. (b) Creation of Accounts and Subaccounts. (i) The following Accounts are hereby created and established under the Bond Fund: (A) Capitalized Interest Account; and (B) Principal and Interest Account. (ii) The following Accounts are hereby created and established under the Reserve Fund: (A) Reserve Account; and (B) Delinquency & Prepayment Reserve Account. (iii) The following Accounts are hereby created and established under the Project Fund: (A) Improvement Account; and (B) Costs of Issuance Account. (iv) The following Accounts are hereby created and established under the Pledged Revenue Fund: (A) Bond Pledged Revenue Account; and (B) Developer Reimbursement Pledged Revenue Account. (c) Each Fund, each Account and each Subaccount created within such Fund shall be maintained by the Trustee separate and apart from all other funds and accounts of the City. The Pledged Funds shall constitute trust funds which shall be held in trust by the Trustee as part of 37
