BErNG A PORTION OF THE REMAINDER OF A I 16.94-ACRE TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED TO MARY AN"NE HOOD, TRUSTEE BY INSTRUMENT RECORDED IN VOLUME 263, PAGE 522 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY. TEXAS, SAID 2.015-ACRE TRACT BEING ALL OF THE PROPOSED LOT 5. BLOCK 1, SECTION 2 MCKINLEY PLACE. SAID 2.015-ACRE TRA.CT BEING MORE PARTICULARL Y DESCRIBED BY "ŒTES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING on an iron rod found on a point in the southwesterly right-of-way line of Wonder World Drive (11 O-foot right-of-way width), said point being a northeasterly corner of "Lot 3.
