City Council Meeting Minutes March 19, 2019 <br />to buy property if they don't want a sidewalk, but she doubts we have access to <br />this <br />10. She stated former Mayor's and City Council member are going <br />to call you. They were promised there would be no one sided sidewalks. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />1. Consider action, by motion, regarding: <br />A.) Executive Session in accordance with Section 551.087, Economic Development, to <br />receive a staff briefing and deliberate regarding Project Big Hat <br />B.) Executive Session in accordance with Section 551.087, Economic Development and <br />Section 551.071, Consultation with Attorney, to receive a staff briefing and deliberate <br />regarding a potential Chapter 380 Economic Development incentive agreement for the <br />S.M.A.R.T Terminal Project. <br />During Executive Session discussion was held on both items in executive <br />session with no action occurring on Project Big Hat. Action will be taken later <br />this evening regarding a potential Chapter 380 Economic Development <br />incentive agreement for the S.M.A.R.T Terminal Project. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />A motion was made by Council Member Gonzales, seconded by Council <br />Member Rockeymoore, to approve the consent agenda, with the exception of <br />item #4, 5, 7, and 9 which were pulled and considered separately. The motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />For: 7 - Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, Council Member Gonzales, Council Member Derrick, Mayor <br />Hughson, Council Member Mihalkanin, Council Member Marquez and Council <br />Member Rockeymoore <br />Against: 0 <br />2.
