S. C. A. Section 6321 et se q.; <br />7) National Environmental Policy Act ("NEPA") including Environmental Protection. Agency <br />regulations (40 C.F.R. Section 5.105, including applicable authorities cited <br />therein, as well as applicable provisions of 24 C.F.R. Part 58, including Section 58.5 and applicable <br />authorities cited therelli and Section 58.6 and applicable authorities cited therein. <br />b. AFFIRMA'T'IVE ACTION -- WOMEN -AND MINORITY-OWNED BUSINESSES-OMVIBE <br />The Contractor will take all necessary affirmative steps to afford small businesses, minority business <br />enterprises, and women's business enterprises the maximwii practicable opportunity to panicipate in the <br />performance of this contract. As used in this contract, the terms "small business" means a. bushiess that <br />meets the criteria set forth in section 3(a) of the Small Business Act., as amended (15 U.S.C. 63?}, and <br />"miority and women's business enterprise" means a business at. least fifty-one (51 ) percent owned and <br />controlled by minority group members or wornen.
