Section § 551.071 - Consultation with Attorney: to receive a staff briefing <br />and deliberate regarding Martindale ETJ matters and regarding the creation of <br />Hays County Municipal Utility District No. 8. <br />Discussed and direction was provided to staff <br />C. Section § 551.087 - Economic Development: to receive a staff briefing and <br />deliberate regarding Project Big Hat and Hays County Municipal Utility <br />District No. 8. <br />The discussion on Project Big Hat was postponed. The Hays County MUD No. <br />8 was discussed and direction was provided to staff <br />VI. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br />Roland Saucedo, asked if Council and Staff knew how much they truly are <br />appreciated? <br />VII.
