City Council Meeting Minutes January 15, 2019 <br />Stakeholder Group, and provide direction to the City Manager. <br />The following appointments were made to fill the vacant portions on the San <br />Marcos Innovation District Stakeholder Group: <br />John Thomaides and Ed Rios were nominated by Mayor Hughson to serve in <br />two at -large positions <br />Rosina Valle was nominated by Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt to serve as the Centro <br />Cultural Hispano de San Marcos representative. <br />Ramika Adams was nominated by Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt to serve as the <br />Callaboose Museum representative. <br />All nominations were unanimously approved by Council. <br />VI. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br />Roland Saucedo, asked about the neighborhood character studies. Mayor <br />stated there will be discussion on small area plans at an upcoming work <br />session. <br />Brandon James, asked about the BIG Program and the provisions specific to <br />signage. He asked if there a max cap on signage? <br />Jordan Buckley, asked what the Fire Command Vehicle was so much more <br />expensive than what he found on the Caldwell Country Chevrolet website? <br />Steve Parker, Assistant City Manager, explained this price includes a fully <br />outfitted vehicle with all equipment. <br />VII.
