ORDINANCE 2009 - 50 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS RE-APPOINTING JOHN P.BURKE, JR. FOR A TWO <br />YEAR TERM AS PRESIDING JUDGE OF THE MUNICIPAL COURT OF <br />RECORD IN SAN MARCOS, TEXAS AND REAPPOINTING DR. <br />VINCENT LUIZZI FOR A TWO YEAR TERM AS ASSOCIATE JUDGE <br />OF THE COURT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />SECTION 1. That John P. Burke, Jr. is hereby re-appointed as presiding judge of the <br />Municipal Court of Record in San Marcos, Texas for a two year term beginning on October 1, <br />2009. <br />SECTION 2. That Dr. Vincent Luizzi is hereby re-appointed as associate judge of the <br />Municipal Court of Record in San Marcos, Texas for a two year term beginning on October 1, <br />2009. <br />SECTION 3.
