Planning Process <br />Inc. to assist the City in preparing an update <br />of this Plan. The resulting vision, goals, and <br />recommended actions were informed by <br />a comprehensive planning process set out <br />in Figure 1.1, Planning Process. The process <br />included evaluating and understanding the <br />existing conditions and developing appropriate <br />goals for the parks and recreation system; <br />identifying local resources and opportunities; <br />analyzing needs based on population growth and <br />community input; developing recommendations <br />and priorities; and identifying potential <br />implementation strategies. <br />Implementation of this Plan will occur over the <br />next 10 years and beyond.
