Mayor Chiu introduced for consideration approval of minutes of the Regular Meeting held September 10, 2001, approval of six Ordinances on second reading, adoption of one Ordinance on third and final reading, adoption of ten Resolutions, and approval of Change of Services No.3 in the amount of $45,700.00 in connection with the Craddock Avenue Paving and Drainage Improvements on consensus. The Council removed Items 13, 14, 15, 16, and 19, adoption of Resolutions, to be considered separately. Ms. Tatum moved to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting held September 10, 2001, approval of the six Ordinances on second reading, adoption of the Ordinance on third and final reading, adoption of the remaining five Resolutions and approval of Change of Services No.3 in connection with the Craddock Avenue Paving and Drainage Improvements by consensus and Ms. Hughson seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The captions of the Ordinances and Resolutions read as follows: Approval of Ordinances on second reading: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF BISHOP STREET NEAR ITS NEW INTERSECTION WITH CRADDOCK AVENUE; APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE OF THIS PORTION OF BISHOP STREET TO THE MILTON DANIEL BUIE PROPERTIES PARTNERSHIP; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A DEED; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
