CONDITIONS OF EXTENSION 1. Notwithstanding any other ordinances and rules in effect as of the date of first application for the Final Plat of Northgate Center I, development within the platted property shall meet the same water quality requirements for properties located within the San Marcos River Protection Zone (80% reduction in TSS and 1.25" WQV capture) to mitigate for impacts to the water quality zone, together with any stricter water quality standards under ordinances in effect on the later of: a) the date of this resolution; or b) each date a site plan for any lot or portion of the property is submitted to the City for review and approval.
