Amendment No.2 <br /> Contract No.217410 <br /> Case Management Supervisor support,and 1,080 hours of on-site Case <br /> Management services. <br /> 3. 1.1 Task 1—Housing Case Management Services,1.1.32 is hereby amended as follows: <br /> 1.1.32 Provision of expanded reporting support to he provided from June 19,2019 until <br /> December 31,2019.The period of June 19,2019 through December 31,2019 <br /> will include reporting at a frequency of every other week. <br /> 4. 1.1 Task 1—Housing Case Management Services, 1.1.33 is hereby removed from the scope of <br /> services. <br /> 5. ARTICLE 7 TERM;TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT,7.1 is hereby amended as follows: <br /> 7.1 "The term of this Agreement begins on August I,2017 and will end no later than <br /> December 31,2019.The term may end earlier with the completion of all services <br /> and the City's acceptance of all services described in this Agreement unless this <br /> Agreement is terminated under Sections 7.2 or 7.3 below." <br /> 6.
