RESOLUTION NO. 2019-114R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A WATER TRUCK <br />FOR $89,762.80 FROM SOUTHWEST INTERNATIONAL TRUCKS <br />THROUGH THE BUYBOARD COOPERATIVE CONTRACT FOR USE BY <br />THE PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT, STREETS DIVISION; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO <br />EXECUTE ALL APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE THIS <br />PURCHASE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The purchase of a water truck for $89,762.80 from Southwest International <br />Trucks through the BuyBoard Cooperative Contract No. 531-16 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />documents necessary to complete the purchase on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
