Mr. Mihalkanin moved to appoint Wayne Becak (San Marcos Resident), Mr. Montoya moved to appoint Susan Narvaiz (San Marcos Resident), Ms. Hughson moved to appoint Fred Markham (Industrial Foundation), Mayor Chiu moved to appoint Jane Hughson (San Marcos City Council) and Ted Hindson (Council of Neighborhood Associations), Mr. Cox moved to appoint Don Garrett (San Marcos Resident), Mr. Mayhew moved to appoint Ronda Reagan (Board of Realtors) and Ms. Tatum moved to appoint Richard Garza (Hispanic Chamber of Commerce), which passed unanimously.
