LISTED EVENTS <br />There have been no listed events within the PID. <br />STATUS OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br />The Public Improvements listed in the SAP are under construction and have an expected <br />completion date of September 2019. <br />PARCEL SUBDIVISION <br />There have been no parcels subdivided since the 2019 Annual Service Plan Update used for the <br />issuance of PID Bonds. <br />LOT AND HOME SALES UPDATE <br />According to the Quarterly Report Dated March 31, 2019, the PID Property consists of 1,007 Lots, <br />34 acres of multi -family, 42.9 acres of office and 21.4 acres of retail. <br />132 lots have closed to homebuilders and 148 are under contract with homebuilders. Pacesetter <br />has 57 homes under construction, 21 homes fully constructed, 40 under contract with end-users <br />and 20 closed to end-users. Buffington has 31 homes under construction, 12 homes fully <br />constructed, 20 under contract with end-users and 12 closed to end-users. <br />Construction has not commenced on the multi -family, office or retail land uses. <br />See Exhibit B for Homebuyer Disclosures. <br />OUTSTANDING ASSESSMENT <br />The PID has a total outstanding Special Assessment of $22,000,000. <br />TRACE PID 2019 ANNUAL SERVICE PLAN UPDATE 2 <br />
