RESOLUTION NO. 2019-158R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CHANGE IN SERVICE TO THE <br />CONTRACT WITH KGA ARCHITECTURE RELATING TO THE <br />RENOVATION OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT BUILDING BY <br />INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF THE AGREEMENT BY $504,400 TO <br />ADD DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO <br />EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS TO IMPLEMENT THE <br />CHANGE IN SERVICES; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. A change in service (Authorization for Change in Service) to the contract with <br />KGA Architecture. relating to renovation of the Police Department Building to reflect an increase <br />in the amount of $504,400 to add design and construction administration services is hereby <br />approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />documents to implement the change in service. <br />PART 3.
