RESOLUTION NO. 2019-165R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT TO <br />BUBBAS GOT GAS FOR PROPANE SERVICES AND TANK RENTAL IN <br />THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $35,000 PER YEAR FOR AN INITIAL <br />TERM OF ONE YEAR, WITH OPTIONS TO RENEW FOR UP TO FOUR <br />ADDITIONAL YEARS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS <br />DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT AND ASSOCIATED <br />DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The contract with Bubbas Got Gas for propane services and tank rental in <br />the estimated amount of $35,000 per year for an initial term of one year, with options to renew for <br />up to four additional years, is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute said contract and <br />associated documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
