If you would like to utilize an alternative firm, <br />Step 2: Follow all processes for permit applications through the COSM Permitting Office. The plans reviewed by the 3r° party shall <br />Step 3: All plans must be submitted per the requirements of the Permitting Center and as an electronic copy (PDF) copy of <br />The 311 party plan review process will be completed in accordance with submittal requirements of the COSM Permitting Center. <br />
