The motion carried by the following vote: For: 7 - Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, Council Member Gonzales, Council Member Derrick, Mayor Hughson, Council Member Mihalkanin, Council Member Marquez and Council Member Rockeymoore Against: 0 A motion was made by Mayor Hughson, seconded by Council Member Derrick, to amend SECTION 4 subsection a by adding the following language: "and the members of the Hays County Historical Commission, and the President of The Heritage Association" The section will now read: SECTION 4 e. sending written notice by email to the members of the city's Historic Preservation Commission, the members of the Hays County Historical Commission, and the President of The Heritage Association.
