RESOLUTION NO.2019-191R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE WIC <br />PROGRAM FUNDING CONTRACT WITH THE TEXAS HEALTH AND <br />HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION THAT INCREASES THE PER <br />PARTICIPANT REIMBURSEMENT RATE FROM $13.76 TO $14.1$; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO <br />EXECUTE THE CONTRACT AMENDMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; <br />AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached Amendment No. 4 to the funding contract with the Texas <br />Health and Human Services Commission (the "Amendment") providing funding for the City's <br />Women, Infants, and Children ("WIC") Program is hereby approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the Amendment <br />on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
