A 4' concrete pedestrian sidewalk shall be provided, separated from the <br />driveway, connecting the main entrance of the home to the public sidewalk <br />along the street. <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br />For: 7 - Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, Council Member Gonzales, Council Member Derrick, Mayor <br />Hughson, Council Member Mihalkanin, Council Member Marquez and Council <br />Member Rockeymoore <br />Against: 0 <br />MAIN MOTION: a motion was made by Council Member Derrick, seconded <br />by Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, to approve, as amended, the request for <br />Alternative Compliance as to the residential garage parking requirements in <br />Section 7.1.4.1. of the Development Code for a proposed residential <br />development located at 2357 Redwood Road that was recently denied by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />For: 7 - Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, Council Member Gonzales, Council Member Derrick, Mayor <br />Hughson, Council Member Mihalkanin, Council Member Marquez and Council <br />Member Rockeymoore <br />Against: 0 <br />NON -CONSENT AGENDA <br />20. Consider approval of Ordinance 2019-38, on the first of two readings, creating a new <br />Water and Wastewater Rate Class for Industrial Water and Wastewater customers inside <br />and outside the City Limits with an average daily usage of over 200,000 gallons that <br />receive water service from a meter 3" or larger; and including procedural provisions. <br />A motion was made by Council Member Derrick, seconded by Council <br />Member Mihalkanin, to approve Ordinance 2019-38, on the first of two <br />readings. <br />Tom Taggart provided an update regarding the creation of a new Water and <br />Wastewater Rate Class for Industrial Water and Wastewater customers.
