City Council Meeting Minutes November 6, 2019 <br />Economic Development Incentive Agreement with the company approved by Resolution <br />No. 2018-184R; authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement; and declaring an <br />effective date. <br />A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, seconded by Council Member <br />Rockeymoore, to approve Resolution 2019-225R. The motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />For: 7 - Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, Council Member Gonzales, Council Member Derrick, Mayor <br />Hughson, Council Member Mihalkanin, Council Member Marquez and Council <br />Member Rockeymoore <br />Against: 0 <br />29. Consider the appointment of a City of San Marcos representative to serve on the Hays <br />County Citizens Election Advisory Commission (CEAC), and provide direction to Staff. <br />MAIN MOTION: a motion was made by Council Member Gonzales, seconded <br />by Council Member Mihalkanin, to appoint Ruben Garza as the representative <br />on Hays County Citizens Election Advisory Commission (CEAC).
