Wrap around porches, fa4ade compositions, building <br />and landscape elements and/or other design schemes should be employed. <br />Specific to Attached Single Family Residences <br />• May appear as "big houses" or as an individual attached unit with distinctly different <br />facades and roof forms <br />• Monolithic and/or repetitive forms are not permitted. <br />6.1.3 Roof Design <br />• Primary roof structures shall employ gabled roofs, hipped roofs, dormered roofs or <br />gambrel roofs.
