" 0 i4W, <br />T R A\ C E <br />• Street trees shall be provided along Street Sections AA, BB, CC, DD and EE at one (1) shade <br />tree per 30 lineal feet of street frontage. Shade trees shall range in caliper size of 2" to 4" <br />with an average caliper size of 3" and be spaced at 30' on center. <br />• Street trees shall be provided within the along Enhanced Residential Streets at one (1) <br />shade tree per 50 lineal feet of street frontage, as required by Section 6.1.1.4(2) of the LDC. <br />Shade trees shall be a minimum caliper size of 2". <br />• Along Street Sections AA, BB, CC, DD and EE ornamental trees shall be provided at one (1) <br />ornamental tree per five (5) shade trees and be a minimum caliper size of 2". <br />• Trees installed along Street Sections AA, BB, CC, DD and EE and maintained by the HOA, <br />will be watered with an HOA installed, monitored and maintained irrigation system. The <br />trees will be watered by bubblers (2/shade tree and 1/ornamental tree). <br />• On single family lots 40 feet in width or less, two shade trees are required per lot by Section <br />6.1.1.4(d) (1); one of these trees may count towards the one required street tree. <br />• One street tree will be required per lot for all lots 40 feet or less throughout the entire <br />subdivision. <br />• Street trees located along Enhanced Residential Streets shall be installed by the builder <br />and shall be warrantied by the builder for a minimum period of 2 years. <br />• Street trees shall be provided along all Posey Road and Old Bastrop Road frontage at a <br />rate of one (1) tree per 50 feet of linear frontage. <br />9.1.2 Parking Lot Trees <br />• One parking lot tree shall be provided per to spaces. <br />9.1.3 Median Landscaping <br />• Street trees shall be provided within the median of Street Sections AA, BB, DD, and EE at <br />one (1) ornamental tree per 30 lineal feet of street frontage; minimum of 2" caliper. <br />• Street trees shall be provided within the median of Street Sections CC at two (2) trees per <br />30 lineal feet of street frontage; minimum of 2" caliper. A minimum of 50% of required <br />street trees may be ornamental. <br />• Median trees shall be above and beyond street tree requirements. Landscaping will be <br />xeriscaped (ref. 9.2.1) and compatible with the development. <br />9.1.4 Single Family Home Landscaping <br />• Landscaping on a corner lot shall present a front fa4ade to both streets. The Developer <br />and then the HOA will monitor landscapes through the requirements of the HOA guidelines <br />and require healthy landscapes as part of the requirements of approval of a submitted <br />landscape plan. <br />Builders shall make the "Sensible Landscaping for Central Texas" adopted by the Home <br />Builders Association of Greater Austin available to all homebuyers. <br />9.1.5 Enhanced Landscaping Features <br />The Standards outlined below reflect superior requirements than the existing City Code of <br />Ordinances. if the provisions of the standards below are inconsistent with provisions found in <br />the attached existing City Code of Ordinances, the standards below shall control. <br />• New landscaped areas shall be prepared with at least 6 inches of topsoil.
