(2) Access to Amenities and Services — advise on and promote initiatives <br />that will provide equitable access to amenities and services to residents in all <br />neighborhoods. <br />(3) Beauty, Condition and Safety — advocate for efforts that improve the <br />appearance, maintenance and safety of neighborhoods. <br />(4) Effective Collaboration — develop and lead efforts to facilitate <br />conu-nunication and collaboration among neighbors, residents, city departments and <br />appropriate boards and commissions. <br />(b) Neighborhood seFviees Enhancement staff will provide administrative <br />support to the commission as necessary. <br />SECTION 2. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of this ordinance is held <br />to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of <br />this ordinance shall remain in effect as if the unconstitutional or invalid portion had not been <br />adopted. <br />SECTION 3. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions in <br />conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4.
