CHAPTER 6. ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS <br />Article 1- Stormwater Management <br />DIVISION 1: GENERAL <br />Section 6.1'1'1 Applicability, Exceptions, Authority and Findings <br />A. Applicability <br />1. The standards of this Article apply to the Development of all land within the City limits and within the City's <br />Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) and are intended to apply with uniformity throughout the City's ETJ <br />Development including clearing or rough cutting of vegetation or grading or scarifying of the top soil. <br />2. New Development & Redevelopment. Any new must comply <br />with the environmental standards ofthis <br />whether the same amount or more e�j <br />3. Renovations or Repairs. An existing building or site may be repaired, maintained or modernized without <br />providing additional environmental protections, provided there is no increase in <br />s4e-afea,impervious cover. <br />4. <br />o. Administrative Adjustment. The Responsible Official may approve an administrative adjustment to a <br />| <br />requirement ofSection 6.1.l2for owater quality control orstonnmmter orfor acut <br />or fill of not more than eight feet in accordance with Section 2.8.5.1 subject to the criteria below. <br />Article 4"Tree and habitat tct^ <br />DIVISION 1: GENERAL <br />Section 6.4.2.2 Tree Measurement. <br />Existing Tree Size and Measurement. Tree size shall be stated in inches of "Diameter at Breast Height (DBH)".
