This memo has been updated following direction from City Council attheir regular meetingonDecember3, <br />2U19.Sections that were changed have been highlighted with a and anote describing the change <br />has been provided. <br />CHAPTER 2. DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURES <br />[]I\/ISI[lKj 1: APPLICATION PROCEDURES <br />Section 2.3.1.1 Application Processing <br />C. Completeness Determination. Every application accepted by the Responsible Official for filing shall be subject to a <br />determination of completeness by the Responsible Official no later than the tenth (10) business day after the <br />application issubmitted. If no official determination is made the application is deemed complete and the review <br />period begins onthe date the application issubmitted. <br />1. The Responsible Official is not required to review an application unless it is complete. <br />2. The presumption isthat anapplication iacomplete ifall of the information required inthis development code, <br />technical manuals orthe city's application forms isprovided. However, itixrecognized that each application is <br />unique, and more or less information may be required according to the specifics of a particular case. The <br />applicant may rely on the Responsible Official to determine whether more or less information has to be <br />submitted. <br />3. The charging orcollection offees and the processing ofanapplication shall not constitute adetermination of <br />�--1 <br />completeness. <br />4. The aoolication shall not be considered filed until the Rescionsible Official has determined it complete. <br />DIVISION 2: NOTICE REQUIREMENTS <br />Section 2.3.2.1 General Notice Requirements <br />G. Notice of Application. Whenever notice of an application is required by this development code under Table 2.1, the <br />Responsible Official shall send electronic notification: <br />1. To all parties requesting notification of an application submitted within the region; <br />2. Before the 12mday after anapplication is . <br />DIVISION 5: EXPIRATION AND EXTENSION <br />Section 2.3.5.1 Expiration and Extension ofApprovals <br />O. Extension of Approval Period.
