City Council Meeting Minutes December 17, 2019 <br />Neighborhoods, and provide direction to Staff. <br />Bert Lumbreras, provided a brief update regarding the request made by the <br />Neighborhood Commission regarding the development at 609 Sturgeon. <br />Council held discussion regarding the property in question and provided direction <br />to have staff look further into this including a different definition as opposed to <br />stealth dorm, review other cities and how they deal with these types of structures, <br />and review any other resources as needed. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />24. Executive Session in accordance with the following Government Code Sections: <br />A. Section § 551.074 - Personnel Matters: discuss duties and responsibilities of the City <br />Manager <br />B. Section § 551.071 - Consultation with Attorney: <br />1. to receive a staff briefing and deliberation regarding Hays County Municipal Utility <br />District No. 8, and <br />2. to receive a staff briefing and deliberation regarding Martindale ETJ Matters. <br />Executive Session was not needed this evening. <br />DIRECTION /ACTION FOLLOWING EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />25. Consider action, by motion, regarding the following Executive Session items held during <br />the Work Session: <br />A. Section § 551.074 - Personnel Matters: discuss duties and responsibilities of the City <br />Manager <br />B. Section § 551.071 - Consultation with Attorney: <br />1. to receive a staff briefing and deliberation regarding Hays County Municipal Utility <br />District No. 8, and <br />2. to receive a staff briefing and deliberation regarding Martindale ETJ Matters. <br />The City Council concluded Executive Session at 5:16 p.m. <br />Mayor Hughson stated the following regarding Executive Session items A and B <br />A.
