This fee will be paid in <br />quarterly installments as described in Section 5.1.1 <br />13.3 Compensation for Additional Services of the Consultant will be computed based on the <br />Consultant's standard hourly rates: <br />Principal $150.00 <br />Staff Assistant $ 50.00 <br />This Agreement will be effective as of the day and year established in the first paragraph <br />of this Agreement. <br />12 <br />
