NO. 8154-C <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS § <br />VS. § <br />W.C.CARSON ET AL § <br />1N THE COUNTY COURT 'w ~./ <br />~~~ .~tJ <br />AT LAW NUMBER ONE ~'_~ <br />-at <br />HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS <br />AGREED FINAL JUDGMENT OF CONDEMNATION <br />On June 8, 2004, was heard the above matter before John Ferguson, Gilbert Vasquez, and <br />W. C. Daniels, Special Commissioners and freeholders of Hays County, Texas, duly appointed <br />by the Judge of the County Court at Law of Hays County, Texas, upon the application and <br />petition of THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, as Plaintiff, heretofore filed in this court, <br />praying for the condemnation of a certain parcel of land required for the public purpose of <br />providing for the transportation needs of the citizens of the City and of persons traveling through <br />the City, of the following Defendants: W.C. CARSON and JO ANN CARSON. Said land being <br />condemned is located in Hays County, Texas, and is more particularly described in the field <br />notes attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference for all purposes <br />as if fully set out herein. <br />The Special Commissioners, having taken the oath required by law, set a place and time <br />for hearing the parties herein, and having given notice, and the Defendants having been duly and <br />properly served with notice of the time of the hearing and the place of meeting, or having <br />accepted service by executing a Waiver of Service, all as required by law, and all parties having <br />either appeared in person or by their attorneys, or having elected not to appear, those appearing <br />having announced ready for trial, all matters involved in said condemnation were submitted to <br />the Special Commissioners; and at the appointed time and place, the pleadings and evidence of <br />AGREED FINAL JUDGMENT OF CONDEMNATION Page I of 4 <br />CTTY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS v.
